This is me!!
My name is Lyndsay Bowers. I grew up and still live in Punxsutawney PA, the home of the groundhog. I came from a broken family. My parents were never married, I was born out of wedlock. My father is stationed in the Air Force and has a family of his own. My mother is a stay at home mother and takes care of my sister, Sydni. My father has three kids of his own, two boys and a girl. Their names are Robbi, Andrew, and Heather. I have a total of four siblings. When I was a senior in high school I was expected to defend the world by myself. I am very close to three couples that don’t let me forget who I am and keep me in check. One person of these three couples is in my photos . She is with me at my graduation. These couples mean the world to me. I am also a part of the Presbyterian Church of Punxsutawney. I consider my church my home and my family. I also have a cat named Halo that keeps me company at home.
I am at IUP as an Art Education and Psychology major, and I’m minoring in Educational Psychology. For my senior project in high school I restored murals that are found on the East Mahoning Bridge in Punxsutawney and I go back to high school time to time to help my high school art teacher with her classroom. I am a cashier at County Market where I live and I was a Manager at KFC/ Long John Silvers and got tired of getting burned so I switched jobs.
A few things about me are: I enjoy to read Danielle Steel novels, I am very athletic and artistic, I enjoy listening to Celine Dion, Cher, Anastacia, and Frank Sinatra, my favorite color is yellow, I have a great support system, my favorite super hero is Batman, I have three tattoos (two on my back, one on my ankle),and I have a high anxiety level.
